We stayed at this hotel in Chennai for nearly two months while attending the IN-SPAN program. The hotel made our stay extremely comfortable and truly memorable. All the staff members were very kind, helpful, and respectful. In particular, Bharat Nayak bro stood out for his excellent behavior and support. He was always helpful, polite, and understanding, which made our long stay feel just like home. The hotel’s service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. It was perfectly suitable even for a long stay of two months. If I have the opportunity to visit Chennai again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Excellent place with amazing staff. Have been regular at this place since 8 months now, with such a long experience I can say it has been just wonderful. The staff is extremely kind mainly Raju, Kishore, Sandeep .. these guys are super professional, always smiling and prompt in taking care of all the needs. The Senior Management team lead by Mr. Mohan, the actual PIC who has kept the momentum and is behind the upkeeping of the property. The rooms are of top-notch standards. I recently stayed there with my family. It’s a decent place for families, with good-quality and tasty breakfast. I booked through Goibibo and encountered an issue with accommodating a fourth person. While this was technically a Goibibo problem, the hotel agreed to provide the extra accommodation at no additional cost. Although the rent is slightly higher compared to nearby hotels, I think it's reasonable for a hassle-free stay with family. Forgot to mention. Hotel staffs are friendly. ~ vasu m

I was on a business trip & stayed at The Townhall for 2 months. The pricing is fair & affordable 👍 Rooms are spacious, clean & well maintained. Breakfast is good The staff is friendly. I'm thankful to Raju Sir, Manas, Bharat, Kushal, Kanha, Pradeep, Ranjan & the rest of the staff for making me feel at home. They also bought me medicine at 11:30 pm when I was unwell. Hotel Townhall is located at Tek Tower, Main Road. Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu is an excellent hotel in its class. I am staying here since 2023 and experienced that it’s rooms, food, room service etc are all good. Entire tram of the Hotel is very well behaved and cooperative. My thanks to entire team of the hotel with special thanks to Mr Raju, who cooperate us a lot whenever we visit to the hotel. ~ Om P

We stayed in this hotel from 20th November to 27th November -23. Everything about the hotel was too good. Our stay was very pleasant. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Complementary breakfast was very good. This place is very nice ... Nearby to my office Olympia and BSR mall.. opposite to Geetham restaurant... Walk 400 MTRS and you will see ice cream shop.. placed on OMR road so easy to access and you will get Ola/ Uber anytime .. medium range of rental.. complimentary breakfast was very nice I had chole bhature and rice with Rassam and chutney.. nice rooms Hot water is available ~ Pravin D

This place is in Old mahabalipuram road. Opposite to geetham vegetarian restaurant. This hotel is unit of prohotel this is in 7th floor. They have 6 floor of enough space for parking. Hygiene rooms with affordable cost. Worth staying in this property. Good and helpful staff. Usual spot for weekend house party. This property gets sold out very immediately because of neat and clean rooms. ~ Punam D

The stay was very comforrtable. The room is clean and well maintained. There is waortstaion a xomfotabale sofa and bedding is fresh andf well maintained for a such an economical pricing. Breakfast alwas also good, with a nice spread. The seevice is exemplary. Almost all staff is very helpful and supportive. We stayed here for 1 week and it's a comfortable stay. They have their own menu for each day but we can order what we want to our room tooo. Laundry services are also available. Considering location, it was showing the building Infront of the actual building but it was the one on the behind. ~ vithursha l
