Excellent place with amazing staff. Have been regular at this place since 8 months now, with such a long experience I can say it has been just wonderful. The staff is extremely kind mainly Raju, Kishore, Sandeep .. these guys are super professional, always smiling and prompt in taking care of all the needs. The Senior Management team lead by Mr. Mohan, the actual PIC who has kept the momentum and is behind the upkeeping of the property. The rooms are of top-notch standards. During my two-day stay at The Townhall (Unit of Prohotel), I experienced a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. The food was delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also felt very safe throughout my time there, as the hotel had good security measures in place.
